Welcome to Your Personal Style Sanctuary


At C.B.A SEWS, your comfort, trust, and satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure your experience is smooth, personalized, and stress-free, please review our policies below.

Booking & Cancellations

  • To reschedule or cancel, kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations without proper notice may require a rescheduling fee or deposit for future bookings.

Pricing & Consultations

  • Initial consultations are complimentary for non-custom/bespoke items.

  • Quotes are provided after a detailed project discussion.

  • Final prices may vary slightly based on fabric, complexity, or additional requests.

Payment Policies

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking for high-value or custom projects.

  • Payment in full is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, card, or electronic payments.

Turnaround Time & Rush Services

  • Standard turnaround: 1–2 weeks.

  • Rush services (e.g., same-day steaming, urgent alterations) available for an additional fee.

  • Any delays due to sourcing or design changes will be communicated promptly.

Pickup & Delivery

  • First fittings available at your home or preferred location—please specify upon booking or in our private home studio.

  • Pickup/delivery within 10 miles of Cincinnati: Free.

  • Extended delivery: $10 (within 10 miles), $20 (10-20 miles).

  • Clients are responsible for timely pickups; late pickups may incur a small fee.

Sustainability & Eco-Practices

  • All services include a sustainability premium supporting eco-friendly sourcing, upcycling, and waste reduction.

  • We prioritize deadstock fabrics and environmentally conscious methods whenever possible.

  • Clients are encouraged to bring pre-loved or vintage garments for redesign.

Refunds & Revisions

  • Full refunds are offered if service was not completed as agreed.

  • Minor adjustments are available within 7 days.

  • Reworks or refunds are at our discretion, with quality and satisfaction at the forefront.

Privacy & Safety

  • Client details are kept confidential.
