Booking & Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel, kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations without proper notice may require a rescheduling fee or deposit for future bookings.

Pricing & Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary for non-custom/bespoke items.
Quotes are provided after a detailed project discussion.
Final prices may vary slightly based on fabric, complexity, or additional requests.

Payment Policies

A 50% deposit is required at booking for high-value or custom projects.
Payment in full is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, card, or electronic payments.

Turnaround Time & Rush Services

Standard turnaround: 1–2 weeks.
Rush services (e.g., same-day steaming, urgent alterations) available for an additional fee.
Any delays due to sourcing or design changes will be communicated promptly.

Pickup & Delivery

First fittings available at your home or preferred location—please specify upon booking or in our private home studio.
Pickup/delivery within 10 miles of Cincinnati: Free.
Extended delivery: $10 (within 10 miles), $20 (10-20 miles).
Clients are responsible for timely pickups; late pickups may incur a small fee.

Sustainability & Eco-Practices

All services include a sustainability premium supporting eco-friendly sourcing, upcycling, and waste reduction.
We prioritize deadstock fabrics and environmentally conscious methods whenever possible.
Clients are encouraged to bring pre-loved or vintage garments for redesign.

Refunds & Revisions

Full refunds are offered if service was not completed as agreed.
Minor adjustments are available within 7 days.
Reworks or refunds are at our discretion, with quality and satisfaction at the forefront.
